WEDDING CAKE DEPOSIT FORM

To order a tiered/wedding cake you must make a deposit of $50.00.   This is a non-refundable deposit.  Please use this form to request an order.   Please call us for an appointment 8 weeks before the wedding.  At this time the size, color, style, etc. of your wedding cake can be selected.  Viewing our wedding cake albums and display cakes will help you in making these decisions.

The balance on the cake is due two weeks prior to the wedding.  We accept payment by credit card online, or simply print out this form and return it to our store with cash or check.
