| GROOMS CAKES. Traditionally, a grooms cake was a dense fruit cake th

sliced then put in a bag for guests to place under their pillows. Today, it's the
perfect opportunity for the bride to do something special for her husband. Whether
your grooms cake is for the rehearsal dinner or the wedding reception, we have lots of
options. For instance, we offer a three layer chocolate cake with chocolate fudge
icing, chocolate buttercream filling, curled chocolate on the top, and toasted almonds on
the sides. However, if you prefer something else we love to be creative. You
may choose his favorite flavor cake, and wish to have it decorated to represent his hobby
or his vocation. They are popular for the rehearsal dinner as well as at the wedding
reception.

PORTRAIT COOKIES.
Bethel Bakery introduces a new customized favor for your guests. Give
us a picture of the bride and groom such as an engagement picture, and
we'll make is the focus of a delicious portrait cookie. These unique
favors, great for the wedding, rehearsal dinner or bridal shower, come
individually wrapped and cost $1.50 each with a minimum order of 24. A
very sweet idea, indeed.
